In cases where we determine that the reported instance does not constitute a violation, your report may be closed without a response. Types of abuse
We've categorized different forms of abuse into the following groups:
Spam, malware, and phishing ─ TORKEHUB users are strictly prohibited from utilizing TORKEHUB services for the transmission of "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or engaging in "phishing" activities that involve unsolicited mass distribution of email. An example of a phishing attempt includes emails requesting the disclosure of credit card numbers in exchange for a purported prize
Promotion of hatred, violence, or Illegal/offensive activities ─ Transmitting or publishing any content that is unlawful, promotes discrimination, racism, or hatred based on ethnicity, and violates the privacy or legal rights of others through defamation, abuse, harassment, stalking, or threats is explicitly forbidden on TORKEHUB.
Sexually explicit material ─ TORKEHUB does not permit users to publish or transmit sexually explicit materials, including adult or mature content, through its services.
Child exploitation ─ TORKEHUB maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards content that exploits children. Users found sharing or publishing child abuse content will have their accounts terminated, and TORKEHUB will promptly report both the content and its owner to law enforcement authorities.
Personal and confidential Information ─ The use of TORKEHUB services to publish personal and confidential information of individuals that is not publicly accessible without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Examples of such information include full names, phone numbers, addresses, social security numbers, credit card details, government-issued identification card details, and bank information.
Copyright Infringement ─ Copyright infringement occurs when a user copies the "expression" of a work without the copyright holder's permission. If you discover copyright infringement by a TORKEHUB user involving your work, appropriate action will be taken as specified.
Other violations ─ If you believe you have a violation to report that does not fall within the categories mentioned above, you may use this option to report such violations. Please provide a description of the violation for TORKEHUB to take appropriate action.
