TorkeHub Customer Satisfaction and Refund Policy

Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains crucial information regarding your legal rights and available remedies.

STANDARD REFUND TERMS

Products purchased from TorkeHub are eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days of the transaction date.

Important Notes:

Cryptocurrencies and Digital Assets: Due to their irreversible nature and highly volatile exchange rates, cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are not eligible for refunds. We are not responsible for any risks associated with exchange rate fluctuations or market conditions.

Compliance with Laws and Terms of Service: If a client's actions violate applicable laws or TorkeHub's Terms of Service, any payments made to TorkeHub will not be refunded.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy, the "date of the transaction" refers to the date of purchase of any product or service, including the date any renewal is processed by TorkeHub in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if the cancellation is requested within the specified refund timeframe, if applicable.

Please note that some products have unique refund policies or requirements, and some products may not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Refer to the specific refund terms below for such products:

Refundable TorkeHub CRM Plans.

Most TorkeHub CRM system plans are eligible for a refund, with the exception of our basic plans.

Refundable TorkeHub CRM + Automation Plans

CRM + Automation plans are refundable depending on the usage. Our Automation plans are generally non-refundable. However, if there has been minimal usage, we will do our best to provide a full refund if you contact us within the 30-day refund period.

PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUNDS

Automation is generally a non-refundable product, but we strive to be fair to our customers. We offer refunds for all our products based on usage. If you believe you are eligible for a refund for our Automation product, please contact our support team. They will assess your usage and assist you in determining an appropriate refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within "7-10 business days" from the date of approval by our support team. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Chargeback Policy

A dedicated compliance team ensures the alignment of procedures and policies within TORKEHUB with established standards. periodic internal audits are conducted, and the team facilitates independent audits and assessments by third parties.

Endpoint security

If we record a decline, chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, risk of payment fraud, or other rejection of a charge on your TorkeHub account ("Chargeback"), it will be considered a breach of your payment obligations. In such cases, TorkeHub may pursue all available lawful remedies to obtain payment, including, but not limited to, the immediate termination of your TorkeHub account and any related services without prior notice. Additionally, your ability to checkout with a credit card may be disabled to limit the risk of payment fraud.

Consequences of Chargebacks

Account Blockage :Your TorkeHub account may be blocked without the option to repurchase or reuse it. Any data contained in the account, including content, features, or capacity, may be subject to cancellation and loss.

Verification and Payment : To resume using TorkeHub services and the credit card checkout option, you must:

Verify the payment method used for the disputed transaction by providing proof of payment or a censored photo of the credit card showing the first six and last four digits. Pay any applicable fees in full, including fees and expenses incurred by TorkeHub or third-party services for each Chargeback received (including fees for services provided before the Chargeback, handling and processing charges, and payment processor fees).

Permanent Termination : Cases involving criminal fraud chargebacks or obvious payment fraud (e.g., compromised credit card details) will result in permanent service termination without the option for recovery.

Preventing Chargebacks

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a payment made to TorkeHub, please contact our Customer Support team before filing a Chargeback or reversal of payment. This can prevent the cancellation of TorkeHub services and the blocking of your account. Filing an unwarranted or erroneous Chargeback may result in additional fees, as well as the re-payment of all fees applicable to the TorkeHub services purchased (and charged back) by you.

Disputing Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute any Chargeback received by providing the relevant credit card company or financial institution with information and documentation proving that you authorized the transaction and made use of the services rendered.
