How to Add a Quote in TorkeHub CRM ?

Thank you for your interest in exploring the functionality of the Quote feature within sales management. This correspondence aims to provide a detailed overview of how to effectively leverage this feature to enhance your operations.


To add a quote, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the CRM module.
  2. Go to Sales Management.
  3. Select Quote, then click the Create button to add your first quote.


When creating a quote, you need to fill out the following details:

  • Name: The name of the quote recipient or the name of the quote.
  • Opportunity: The opportunity associated with the quote.
  • Status: Can be open or canceled. If open, your team can focus on closing this deal.
  • Account: The value amount of the quote.
  • Date Quoted: The date when the quote was created.
  • Quote Number: A unique number you assign to the quote.
  • Billing Address: The billing address for the quote.
  • Shipping Address: The shipping address for the quote.
  • Billing Contact: The contact person for billing.
  • Shipping Contact: The contact person for shipping.
  • Assigned User: The user responsible for handling and closing the quote.
  • Shipping Provider: The shipping provider who will handle the shipment.


After entering all the necessary details, save the quote.

Next, go to the Convert Setting to add product details:

  1. Once the quote is created, navigate to the Convert Setting.


  1. Click the plus icon to add an item.


  1. Enter the quantity, price, discount (if any), and tax details for the quote.
  2. Click Save.



Once all fields are filled, click Save. Your quote is now successfully added.
